SHIPPING


Within Greece:                                                                                                                                                                                                          
All orders within Greece are carried out by SPEEDEX courier free of charge. Most items are shipped within 24 hours and will normally arrive within 1-3 business days. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control some orders may take longer to arrive. Thus, estimated delivery times are approximate and are to be used as a guide only.  Customers in Greece can choose to pay via the Cash on Delivery option provided.

E.U:                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

All orders within the European Union are carried out by FedEx courier. Most items are shipped within 24 hours and will normally arrive within 4-8 business days at a flat rate of 12 euros per order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control some orders may take longer to arrive. Thus, estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.


Outside the E.U:

All orders are carried out by FedEX courier at a flat rate of 25 euros per order. Most items are shipped within 24 hours and will normally arrive within 4-8 business days. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control as well as Customs clearance may delay some orders. Shipments destined outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
 

RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

If you wish to return an item you may do so within fourteen (14) days upon delivery date. Please note that we must receive the product within twenty-one days (21) upon delivery date. We will not accept any item that is beyond this time margin. You should complete the returns form, stating the item(s) you will be returning and explaining the reason so we can authorize your return. Please quote whether you wish an exchange or a refund. Moreover, quote your order id and the date of purchase.  All items should be returned in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. We will not accept any item that does not have its tag attached. We are unable to offer any kind of exchange or return on items that after delivery are found to be scratched, damaged or used.

Shipping and customs charges for returning a product will not be covered by SUNDERWATER. All shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the customer. However, if the change is due to our company’s error, the corresponding costs will be covered by us. We recommend you to use one of our shipping partners or another secure shipping company to return your order. SUNDERWATER will not accept any responsibility for any loss and/or further damage of the returned item(s) until it reaches our premises.

Refunds:

Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable. If your order has been sent within the E.U., all sales taxes will be refunded. However, for orders outside the E.U., custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds will usually be made via the original payment method. Please note that in some cases  we might ask a bank account in order to make the refund.. We aim to process returns in a short period of time, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Thus, please allow us up to twenty (20) business days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

 All items undergo a quality review before they are dispatched.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product with another one that has a lower price, we will refund you with the difference. That applies to the price rate the items were quoted on our website the day your order was placed. Exchanged items will undergo a quality review and once cleared they could be exchanged. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable but available item.
